Day 28 - Sunday

 Open Gym. Worked on strict press and double unders. Got 20 double unders a few times.

My Food:
Cereal with banana and Almond milk

Steamed broccoli, a grapefruit, and strawberries.

Lara Bar for a snack, tasted like shit.

Dinner was vegetable barley soup.
